Delivery and Returns

We offer ‘FREE DELIVERY SERVICE’ to a room of choice throughout Nairobi and its Environs. Minimum order amount for free delivery is KES10,000. Lead times are 4 to 14 business days depending on the size of the order. Management has the right to change it.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rains, traffics or accidents the delivery can happen on odd hours which also the client will be notified in advance. THERE IS NO EXACT TIME OF DELIVERY the client will be contacted by the Delivery team day before either by a call to confirm a delivery window.

Failure to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery date will attract transport charges. To avoid extra delivery charges, we request our clients to avail someone to receive the goods and make sure to be reachable by phone on the day of delivery.

In case the clients change the agreed day of delivery he/she MUST contact our customer care team 1 day prior to delivery.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
